Refund & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including tags and packaging.
  3. Custom or embroidered orders are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Include Details: Provide your order ID, reason for return/exchange, and attach photos or videos if the product is damaged or defective.
  3. Approval Process: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
  4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  1. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we inspect the returned item.
  2. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  3. Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  1. Exchanges are allowed for a different size, color, or style, subject to stock availability.
  2. To initiate an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  1. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include a clear photo or video showcasing the issue.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  2. Sale or clearance items.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  2. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
