Refund & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including tags and packaging.
- Custom or embroidered orders are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Include Details: Provide your order ID, reason for return/exchange, and attach photos or videos if the product is damaged or defective.
- Approval Process: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we inspect the returned item.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for a different size, color, or style, subject to stock availability.
- To initiate an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include a clear photo or video showcasing the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or personalized orders.
- Sale or clearance items.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
